Just over one year ago, we moved to a new city and state and began renting a house. It didn't take long to discover that we were in a hard water area! At first I blamed the dishwasher for the poor job that it was doing getting the dishes clean. They ended up with a white film that was impossible to rinse or scrub off. That night at dinner my husband asked if I had broken down and purchased new drinking glasses. My two kids even mentioned that they noticed them first thing when they came to the table, too. When I told them they were drinking from our same old glasses and about finding Lemi Shine, they were impressed at the difference it made. Since that time, my husband continues to mention what a great product you have (and how smart I am to have found it!) every time he empties the dishwasher.
