I have never written to a company regarding a product before but my family encouraged me to do it because I have been raving so much about Lemi Shine. My glasses and silverware had gotten very foggy and my plates had a film on them. I assumed it was from hard water and the fact that our dishwasher was old. But the dishwasher still ran without a problem so I was not ready to spend the money to replace it. I had tried a number of different dishwasher detergents as well as Jet Dry. Nothing worked to clear things up. Then I found Lemi Shine and thought I would try one more thing. Especially since it said on the bottle that it helped with hard water problems and deposits.

I was amazed after the first load. The glasses were back to their original shine and clarity and there no longer was a film on anything!! I kept showing my family and anyone else who came over how wonderful things looked. I am still surprised when I open the cupboard and see the sparkling glasses. I am so excited that I don't need to replace the dishwasher OR my glassware! My daughter even says that water tastes better out of the glasses now because there isn't the residue.
