First of all, let me congratulate you on making such a valuable product. I live in Harvard, IL, and the water is super hard. I never had this problem before so I was in the dark as to what to do. I don't have much money so I can't afford a water softener. So, when I found Lemi Shine I had found the answer to such a vexing problem - super hard water! I was so amazed with the results. My glasses were horrible and the water ruined my silverware. My glasses now sparkle, and the silverware is shiny again. The dishes don't have that gritty feeling anymore either. When my daughter built her new home in Eudora, Kansas, she found almost immediately that the water was so hard her dishes came out of the dishwasher with scum and lime deposits.
