If any of you are visiting this page just to read testimonials to learn if the products work, I can tell you there's no need to look any further. This product WORKS! I live in Illinois and the water in our town is extremely hard. Nearly three years ago we bought the house we live in. It was a model home and no one lived in it before. Therefore, there were no appliances. Of course, there was a "spot" for a dishwasher, and even though my husband thought we could just put the garbage can there, I was determined we were going to get a dishwasher. Needless to say, we did! I purchased the big advertised brands to clean my dishes. I bought the rinse agent, the Jet Dry, the big name dishwashing detergent. Imagine my surprise when after a few months, my glasses became spotty, and then downright disgusting! I tried the vinegar rinse which is fine but only for glasses, and who wants to do more than one load? Over the last couple of years I've tried everything. A week or so ago I ran out of the Glass Magic (which didn't work that great, but it was better than anything else I had purchased). Well, my store was out of that. I spotted the Lemi Shine on the top shelf, took it down and began reading the label. I thought, "What the heck? I need something," and so I purchased it, thinking it would be something okay until my "regular" Glass Magic was back in stock. I rinsed my dishwasher empty just as directed. I opened the dishwasher to load the dishes and thought, "Hey! This looks pretty good." I used it again a couple of days later and thought, "Wow! This is doing a good job." The real surprise came when my husband did a full load of dishes while I was at work. I went to the cabinet to get a glass and honestly stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the glass. I asked him if he purchased new glasses. (Keep in mind we've gone through two sets since we've lived here only because of the disgusting film, spots, etc. on the glasses). He said no and that he had only done dishes with the Lemi Shine! I also have to add that my dishwasher looks as good as the day it did when it was installed. I was truly amazed. I've NEVER had a product that works EXACTLY as it claims. I have put Lemi Shine on my list for tomorrow's shopping trip and plan to pickup five of them so I don't run out! I will not be buying my usual Glass Magic product because Lemi Shine honestly does exactly what it says it does. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful product. I can't wait to try other products made by your company. Keep them coming. I will tell anyone and everyone I know that if they have a problem with hard water, Lemi Shine is the answer to their hard water needs! Thank you again!

Wow! This stuff is amazing! I'd tried every environmentally-friendly stain and odor remover I could find to clean up a few puppy accidents on the carpet. Nothing really worked. Some left yellowing, some made the carpet stiff, even after rinsing, and none got rid of the smell. Then, I happened to see ReMi in the grocery store. It was less expensive than the other brands and, although I'd never heard of it, I figured I had nothing to lose.

I recently tried MC3 Machine Clean in my high end Whirlpool washer because it had a nasty, moldy smell.  I tried the initial treatment process as recommended on the package, and it worked great. The smell was completely gone and there was actually a nice aroma inside the machine when I was done.  I use Lemi Shine in our dishwasher as well as we live at 8,000 ft. and have a well that has a high calcium content.  We couldn't live without Lemi Shine products.
