We have hard water at our home, and for the past 3 years, I have seen our glassware and dishes become more and more cloudy. In the last week or so I have noticed a lot more buildup on the dishes and inside the dishwasher. I was becoming disgusted with the way our dishes looked. It came to the point that I didn't even want to use them anymore and considered throwing them out and buying all new dishes. While shopping in the store for dishwasher detergent, I saw Lemi Shine. The label said it removes tough hard water spots and film. I thought, "You can't get tougher spots than what I've got; it's worth a try!" So, I bought it with no expectation that it would actually work. I waited until my dishwasher was full and followed the directions on the container. When the dishwasher was done, I opened the door expecting to see my same dingy glasses fogged with hard water stains. To my great surprise, they were completely clear! I couldn't believe that Lemi Shine removed 3 years worth of film off of my glassware! It also cleaned the inside of my dishwasher! I wanted to pull all my glasses out of the cupboard and wash them with Lemi Shine, too! I am now a Lemi Shine user for life! Thank you!
